Shipping is 800 yen (1,500 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa), depending on the number of items. Orders of 10,000 yen or more ship free (800 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa).
You can check the shipping cost in your cart when you proceed to checkout.

Payment methods and timing

Credit card payment when you place your order, or bank transfer.

Delivery timing

• Orders ship within 1–5 business days, depending on when you order (this may vary with stock).
• Within Japan, orders arrive 1–2 business days after shipping. For more details, please see our FAQ.

Returns and cancellations

1. Damaged or defective items
   Please email us a photo of the damage and details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We will contact you right away with next steps.
   We will send a replacement or refund the price of the item. If a replacement isn't possible, for example because the item is sold out or discontinued, we will refund the price of the item.
   We cover the shipping cost of replacements.
   Clothing that has been worn or washed is not covered.
   Please check your items as soon as they arrive.
2. Wrong or missing items
   Please email us the details within 7 days of receiving your order. We will contact you right away with next steps.
   We will send the items you ordered, and cover the shipping cost.
3. Returns for personal reasons
   Returns for personal reasons, such as an item not matching your expectations or the wrong size, are accepted only if you contact us within one week of receiving your order.

• Conditions: unused and unwashed, with all tags and accessories.
• Shipping: paid by the customer.
• Refund: processed once the item reaches us and we have checked its condition.
  
  Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior contact, or returns of worn clothing or food.

Refund amount

For refunds by bank transfer, we will transfer the price of the item, minus the transfer fee, to the account you specify.

Other

• For credit card payments, we will correct (cancel) the charge once the returned item arrives. Depending on your card's billing cycle, you may be charged the full amount first and see the refund on your next statement.
